I wish I had understood that School wasn't only about learning A+B=C or what happened in 1920...it was also about developing the mind and the learning skills needed in later life.
How much diet influences how you learn and by eating the wrong foods (things high in sugars and other foods not particularly good for you) your brain functions very differently and energy levels plummet not allowing you to learn and ultimately not concentrate and demotivate.
Understanding money and how to invest properly as in housing with deposits and mortgages as opposed to renting etc.
And finally is that most people have some form of insecurities. A lot of the time we think that we are the only one feeling insecure whether it be weight, looks, a pimple, the clothes we wear, the money we have, the area we live in, the circle of friends we hang out with and most of us question how we are physically. The fact of the matter is that because we all feel insecure at some time or another, and there is no need to feel it as badly as we do. We should realise that when we do feel that way, most people around us are feeling the same if not worse, so actually what is the point? Be yourself be proud and stand up for what you believe in. Most people aren't judging you...they are too busy worrying about themselves.
